গ) আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে দক্ষতা অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে কম্পিউটার, ইন্টানেট, ফ্যাক্স, ই-মেইল এর কোর্স প্রবর্তন করা।

ঘ) আন্তর্জাতিক ভাষা হিসেবে ইংরেজী ভাষার উপর দক্ষতা অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে ইংরেজী ভাষা কোর্স ও কোচিং এর ব্যবস্থা করা।

চ) দক্ষ জনশক্তি রপ্তানীর মাধ্যমে বৈদেশিক অর্থ উপার্জন ও আন্তর্জাতিক ক্ষেত্রে দেশীয় প্রযুক্তির প্রসার ঘটানো।

ছ) এছাড়া ঘরে বসে মাসে ২০০০/৩০০০ টাকা উপার্জনের লক্ষ্যে ওয়েব ডিজাইনার, গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার, সিষ্টেম এনালিষ্ট, সিনিয়র প্রোগ্রামার প্রশিক্ষণের মত কোর্সে প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।

জ) শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহে প্রবাষক, প্রদর্শক, শিক্ষক, অফিস সহকারী, ল্যাব সহকারীসহ নেটওয়ার্ক, এডমিনিষ্ট্রেটর উপযুক্ত করে তৈরী করা।
